Consumer dispute resolution

We aim to resolve any issue directly — please contact us first. The EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025, so there is no platform link to provide. Consumers can find a national alternative-dispute-resolution body through the European Commission’s consumer-redress portal at consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute-resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
