Withdraw from contract
Use this to give notice that you withdraw from a Vaelmar order. It takes two steps: fill in the details, then confirm.
Most Vaelmar pieces carry a collector inscription printed into the artwork itself. Personalised pieces are excluded from the 14-day change-of-mind right, so if your piece carries an inscription we will explain that when we reply. You will hear from a person either way. Something arrived damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered? That is separate and always covered, and you do not need this form. Send us a photo and we replace it free.
