Returns & right of withdrawal
You’ll receive exactly the piece you chose. If you change your mind, EU law gives you 14 days from delivery — here’s how that works, plainly.

Your 14-day right of withdrawal
If you’re a consumer in the EU, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. The period ends 14 days after the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods.
To exercise it, tell us your decision by a clear statement — the quickest way is our Withdraw from contract form, or email [hello@vaelmar.com]. You may use the model form below, but it’s not required. To meet the deadline, it’s enough to send your communication before the 14 days expire.
Refunds
We refund all payments received, including standard delivery, within 14 days of being informed of your withdrawal, using the same payment method you used — at no fee to you. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you’ve supplied proof of return, whichever is earlier.
Returning the item
You should send the goods back without undue delay and within 14 days of telling us. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. For lower-value items we may, at our discretion, issue your refund without asking you to ship the piece back — we’ll tell you when you contact us. Please keep the original packaging where possible.
Damaged or faulty on arrival
This is separate from withdrawal and costs you nothing. If your piece arrives damaged or with a production fault, send us a photo within a reasonable time and we’ll reprint or refund it free of charge.
