Shipping is free to every country available at checkout. Most orders arrive within 4–10 business days.
How long it takes
Typical delivery is 4–10 business days. Framed canvas can take a little longer. We email the tracking link when the order leaves the printer.
Where we ship
We deliver across the EU and to the United States, Canada, Switzerland, Norway, Australia, New Zealand, Japan and Singapore. The United Kingdom is not available yet.
Packaging
Paper prints travel flat or rolled in a rigid tube. Canvas and framed canvas ship in protective packaging.
Returns
Vaelmar does not offer voluntary change-of-mind returns. If a piece arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, we will put it right at no cost to you. Mandatory consumer rights still apply. Read the return terms →
Customs & duties
Import duties or local fees, where they apply, are set by the destination country and are the recipient’s responsibility.
