Terms of sale

Template tailored to a print-on-demand art shop selling to EU consumers. Replace [bracketed] details and have it reviewed before launch.

1. Who you’re buying from

These terms govern your purchase from [Vaelmar OÜ] (“Vaelmar”, “we”), registry code [code], [address], [hello@vaelmar.com]. Full details are in our Imprint.

2. The products

We sell open-edition fine-art prints reproduced on demand, in three materials — fine-art paper, gallery canvas, and framed canvas — across the sizes and orientations shown on each product. Each piece is printed to order by our fulfilment partner. Colours may vary slightly between screens and the printed piece.

3. Prices & what’s included (pre-contractual information)

Before you pay, the checkout always shows you the total price, the shipping cost, and the delivery time. Prices are in euros (€). Vaelmar is not currently VAT-registered, so prices include no VAT. Shipping is free worldwide. The button that completes your purchase is labelled to make clear it carries an obligation to pay.

4. How a contract is formed

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is concluded when we accept it — at the latest when we send your order-confirmation email, which we provide on a durable medium. If a piece cannot be produced, we will tell you and refund any payment.

5. Payment

Payment is handled securely by Stripe. We accept major cards plus Apple Pay and Google Pay where available. Your full card details are never seen or stored by us.

6. Delivery

Orders are produced and shipped by our partner, routed to the production hub nearest you. Typical delivery is 4–10 business days depending on destination. Risk passes to you on delivery. See Shipping & Delivery for details.

7. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the EU you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Full details and the model cancellation form are on our Returns & Right of Withdrawal page, and you can start a withdrawal anytime via the Withdraw from contract form.

8. Legal guarantee of conformity

Your statutory rights apply: goods must match their description and be of satisfactory quality. EU consumers benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity. If a piece arrives damaged or faulty, contact us and we will reprint or refund it at no cost to you.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything that may not be limited by law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of your order.

10. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by Estonian law, without removing the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. For disputes, please contact us first; see the dispute-resolution note in our Imprint.
