Terms of sale
These are the terms that apply when you order from Vaelmar.
1. The seller
Vaelmar is a trading name of ZASU OÜ, registry code 16805958. Contact: hello@vaelmar.com. See Seller details.
2. The products
We sell open-edition fine-art prints on paper, canvas and framed canvas. For delivery to the EU or Norway, each artwork includes the permanent collector inscription you enter and approve. The inscription is optional for our other enabled destinations. Every piece is then produced for your order. Screens differ, so the colour of the finished print may vary slightly from the image you see online.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in euros. Checkout shows the total before you pay. Shipping is free to the countries available at checkout; any import duty or local fee charged by the destination country is the buyer’s responsibility. Payment is handled by Stripe using the methods shown at checkout.
4. Your order
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Stripe charges the payment at checkout and we email a receipt. The receipt confirms that we received the order and payment; we accept the order when we approve it for production. If we decline it before production, we will tell you and refund the payment in full without undue delay.
5. Production and delivery
Orders are produced and shipped by our fulfilment partner. Most arrive in 4–10 business days, although this is an estimate rather than a guaranteed date. Tracking is sent by email. See Shipping & Returns.
6. Returns
For EU and Norway deliveries, your approved collector inscription is permanently incorporated into the finished artwork. The piece is made to your individual specifications and clearly personalised, so the statutory change-of-mind withdrawal right does not apply. For our other enabled destinations, the inscription is optional and Vaelmar does not offer voluntary change-of-mind returns. For Japan, returns of non-defective goods are not accepted. This does not limit mandatory rights for a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, or any other right that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. See Returns & Refunds.
7. Damage and faults
If a piece arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, email us with your order number and a photo. We will put it right at no cost to you. EU consumers and consumers in Norway have at least two years to make a legal claim for a faulty product; these terms do not limit any mandatory rights where you live.
8. Complaints and law
Email complaints to hello@vaelmar.com. We answer written complaints within 15 days. If we cannot agree on a solution, the recognised consumer dispute body is listed under Seller details.
Estonian law applies, without taking away any mandatory consumer protection you have in the country where you live.
